Is it possible to restore motion to an attempted fusion?

I had an tempted fusion surgery if the second toe on the left foot it didn't fuse properly and the stiffness is interfering with my activity as I am a basketball player. Is it there any way I could have the motion restored so I could bend it again? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Difficult with knowing exactly what is going on.
However, depending on the joint involved it may be possible to put a spacer in the joint; but they will be very dependent on the exact nature of the problem.
