Lower back pain and Morton's Toe ?
I am a 35 yr old amateur runner (running for 3 years), and recently I had an Achilles tendinitis which resolved with physio and 4 weeks off of no running. Now it has been 4 weeks that I resumed training with no pain in the Achilles (neither in soleus) but have been having a nuisance lower back pain and a right neck pain.
I've also discovered that I have Morton's toe. I have wide feet (I use 4E shoes) and I'm an under pronator (supinator). I don't have pain/discomfort in my feet, which is usually normal for Morton's Neuroma.
Do you suggest that I still use Morton's toe pad? Maybe the lower back pain is related?
Thanks a million.
