Ongoing foot/heel pain ?
I suffer from not being able to stand at work (cook on concrete) for very long due to foot pain, been getting worse over the years, its mainly the entire bottom of foot,worst in back of heel.
Saw a podiatrist, told me to stretch calves. Seeing a physical therapist for 4 weeks now, telling me to stretch calves, hamstrings, strengthen core, and they keep conging/loosening the cuneiform (1,2,3) bones in my foot because they are immobile, this provides the biggest sense of relief and my feet feel light like a feather for awhile after.
Please tell me, why do these bones keep becoming stiff, I cant afford to keep going back to get them adjusted weekly, and I do not seem to understand why, my calves and hamstrings are significantly less tight, i have good shoes and good new insoles at work, but nothings getting better. I think the biggest issue is with these cuneiform bones.
What can i do to keep them loose?
