Pain on the inside of my big toe to the side of the next toe-burning pain ?

I get random burining/sharp pains on the inner part of by right big toe and the left side of the toe next to it. This big toe does seem to be swollen when compared to the left foot. I also have a bump that sticks up on the top of my foot. Could the two be related?

DocPod 		Mu best guess it that its a pinched nerve, maybe from the bump or an alignment issue. If it was a muscle, ligament, tendon or bone pain them the pain will be constant
