Open Question

What is this thing on my feet (near my big toe) ?

Hello, so 40 days ago this thing on my feet came out of nowhere grown real fast and it hurts when walking on it, cant wear shoes cause the pain is hard..(sometimes i feel a kind of pressure in my big toe) , went to the doctor and he said it was something like a callus(he wasnt sure enough) , he did scrape some of it and then burned it with cold water(i don't know the scientific name of that water) then some black dots apeared( i think its because he burned it) , it was yellow before he burned it, so anyway it hasnt grown since last i went to the doctor and i can say that the pain is gradually decreasing (real slow) and it still hurts when pressed and if i wear a shoe it hurts more!
