Heel Pain ?

I suddenly am experiencing heel pain for no apparent reason. I noticed it one day after I had been on my feet for 4 - 5 hours. I have a desk job so I am normally not on my feet. However, I have previously been on my feet for 4 - 5 hours with no issues. I am not overweight, do not have tight calves, and have not been working out any more than normal. Additionally, I am not a runner. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Where is the pain? What is it like first thing in the morning? What triggers it? What relives it? Symptoms elsewhere?
