What is your advice on how to best treat Plantar Fasciitis which I have had 7 months ?

I have 50% thickened plantar fascia and a small tear in the fascia, tight calves and increased pronatory moments to right foot (the foot with the problems) - all diagnosed 3 weeks ago.
Currently I am reducing the load - have stopped running for 3 weeks, but don't want to stop any longer than needed, + I have cut down on walking.
I am doing heel raises with towel every other day, + calf stretches, + ice twice a day.
Is there anything else I should be doing ? Or should not be doing ?
The heel still hurts when walking, but not as much.
