Weird cold patches, tingling and numbness in toes (2nd, 3rd), ankle and calf. Could this be a Neuroma?

About 2 weeks ago I noticed cold spots around my right ankle. I thought it was water, but after a couple days nothing was going away. Then, I started noticing how my calf was also getting tingly. It wasn't until a couple days ago that I started to realize there was actually numbness in my 2nd and 3rd toes. I'm wondering if this is all related and could be Neuroma?

I'm 38 and for many years wore heels. Never had any problem with them and my feet were usually more comfortable in them than flat (flats made my feet cramp). Then, a couple years ago I gave birth to my son. After that I started experiencing plantar faciitis. I'd did stretches to relieve to pain, and it went away. Now, a couple years later this is happening. I almost never wear heels anymore, but I did wear flip flops and do a lot of walking this summer. My feet didn't bother me...until this popped up a couple weeks ago. Is there anything at home I can do to alleviate the feeling? There isn't pain. It's just a strange numb pressure around the affected toes, with the feeling running up the front right side of my calf with the cold patch around my ankle accompanied by tingling.

I don't have insurance otherwise I would have already gone in to have it looked at. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You!

Thanks for the response. Since I don't have insurance it definitely helps to rule things out. My other guess was back or sciatic issue (I did have sharp pains on the left hip side rear-end area around the same time this started happening too). I guess it's just another sign of getting older. Will have to figure out a way to see some sort of doctor. Thanks again.

Its really hard to tell what it is. I don't think it is a neuroma, but it is obviously a nerve problem. It may a referred problem from a nerve issue somewhere else (eg the low back). It really does need to be checked out properly.
