OOOW. I have PLANTAR FASCIITIS. It hurts like hell! What do I do?

I have PLANTAR FASCIITIS in my feet. Both feet hurt like hell constantly! If I walk barefoot it hurts. If I exercise at all it hurts. The second I wake up in the morning and put my feet on the ground, it REALLY hurts. I tried to wear some of those gel arch support insoles but that hurt like hell too.

WTF AM I SUPPOSED TO DO???????????

I want to cut my feet off!

henry.abbott 		Birkenstocks did the trick for me. I have lived in my birks and haven't had a problem since.

HillBilly 		Buy yourself a tennis ball or a get a sturdy cylinder of the same size, and every morning stand up and roll it under your feet for a good 2 minutes a piece.

DocPod 		Get a pair of shoes with good arch support. Never walk bare foot, not even from your bed to the bathroom. Try some exercises like hands against a wall bending your knees toward the wall with feet flat. Try soaking your feet in hot water, this may or may not help. There are a couple drugs like "Napricin" that might help although they didn't help me. I sympathize with your pain and I only had it in one foot.
After trying many things hoping for a cure, my Plantar Fascitis finally went away by itself.

AdminPerson 		Wear shoes that have good support, use the inserts and also wear some really thick soft sockies to cushion your feet.

HillBilly 		Podiatrist can give you a pain shot in your feet...it will stop the pain.....temporarily. He may also be able to give you some exercises to keep the pain gone.
