Bilateral Issue - Any Advice Appreciated ?

Hello,

On both feet, on the outside of the heel along the curve of the foot, I'm experiencing thickened, reddened skin that is painful to walk on. The pain is greatest in the morning and subsides a bit throughout the day. When I press on this reddened region it stays white for longer than normal, and there are a few red bumps on the area. The area is sweaty but that could very well be from my being nervous and conscious about it. There is also a bump on the outside of the big toe that looks like a callous. One foot developed this issue before the other.

I'm wondering if this could be stemming from my wearing ill fitting flip flops for the first few weeks of quarantine. Also a bit paranoid about more serious issues like bursitis or bone conditions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thank you.

DocPod 		Sorry, really hard to say without seeing it based on your description. Would suggest you get to someone and get an x-ray or ultrasound to get a proper diagnosis.
