Intense Heel Pain ?

Intense heel pain under my heel, back of my foot up to ankle height, the sides and bottom of my foot pain stops in the middle of my arch but goes all way back to heel and up the back of the heel.

All this pain progressively gets worst throughout the day till the point I'm walking on balls of my feet or tiptoe or bouncing around to alleviate the pain. when I'm sat down it soothes them somewhat how ever the only thing that
soothes is hard knuckles in the back heel or really sharp object stabbing my side's or the heel of my foot. I'm worried this is not a good sign at all.
The type of pain gets worst and worst it's a weird horrible sensation like been hit with a hammer on my heel while kinda of itching occasionally it is both of my heels the pain takes me considerably longer to sleep


I have very weak ankles and I am forever going over the sides on them my shoes are good fitting and I've payed for expensive shoes and trainers skechers etc doctor soles and the pain is relentless no matter what's on my feet.
I am overweight I'm 5 6/7 and 11.5 stone but my build is broad and stocky.

DocPod 		Sorry, almost impossible to say based on the description. It does not follow the pattern of anything obvious. This means that you are probably going to need other investigations such as an MRI and other clinical tests to get to the bottom of what it is. It could be anything of a 100 very different things, so it is very difficult to give advice.
