Tailors bunion - pain in foot ?

I have a tailors bunion, a bunion on the outside edge of my foot. The bunion itself really doesn’t hurt but the bones in my foot do hurt. Is this normal?

DocPod 		Pain is not normal!
The pain may or may not be due to the tailors bunion. There is no way of telling without more information or seeing it what it might be.
