Who should I see for my nail bed and cuticle issue?

image My 3rd digits bilaterally started to become red and swollen along the cuticle. They've progressively gotten worse. Now they are TTP. Primary care prescribed Cephalexin but there's been no improvement. Left side is getting worse than right. Obvious nail changes. Nail is becoming weak and brittle, feels like it's starting to separate from the skin below. Please advise!

Definitely looks like an infections and antibiotics should help; probably needs a topical antibiotic and management as well as the oral. Get to a podiatrist.
