Is there any difference in how to treat plantar fasciitis, plantar fasciosis and plantar fasciopathy ?

How do I know which I have and how best to treat ? Ultrasound scan said my fascia was inflamed and more than double the thickness it should be and there was also a tear. I have been having symptoms for 7 months now.
