why are the toes on the edge of my foot a little stiff and numb after a plantar faciatis cortisone injection it's been a week will it get better ?

I'm very scared and I hope it goes away.

The numbness indicates that there has been some damage to the nerve; probably best to get it checked out as its hard to tell exactly what is going on without more details and a clinical examination.
