All of my toes splay out when I step down?

When there is no pressure on my feet my toes look relatively normal and together. Upon standing, however, my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd toes splay really wide apart on both feet. I don't have any pain along with it, only very rarely, but I find it really embarrassing. What might be the problem with my feet? And is there anything I can do to fix it?

Unfortunately it is just the nature of your feet and there is noting that can be done about it.
Everyone's feet splay out on weightbearing, some more than others.
