No. Once its gone, its gone. It happens as we get older. In some people it just happens quicker.
However a cushioned pad can be used that is the same consistency to the fat can use worn in the shoe and will help.
There are also dermal fillers that can be injected into the supplement the fat and autograt fat transfer can also be done surgically.
