Does anyone know if the MBT shoes help heel spurs?
Probably not. "Heel spurs", if painful are usually due to traction of the muscles and plantar fasica on the heel. Generally this traction will be increased in MBT shoes.
Having said that, a few people with heel spurs may be helped with MBT shoes, but I would not give blanket advice based on that. MBT shoes do seem to help a number of people with postural problems, but they also do seem to hurt others. I have seen no clear pattern as to which people they help and which ones they don't.

Agreed, I don't think that MBT's will help heel spurs.
