My physical therapist says I have forefoot varus. I have searched for information on this and most of what i can find seems a bit confusing. Can anyone please clarify exactly what forefoot varus is. Thanks.

In my experience, 9 time out of 10 when a physical therapist says someone has forefoot varus, they don't. They usually getted mixed up between forefoot varus and forefoot supinatus. They look the same but are very different beasts. The importance of the distinction between the two is that there management is very different and potentially injurious if you do get it mixed up.

Forefoot varus is a bony problem in which the forefoot is inverted of the sole is tilting inwards slighly. This means the rearfoot has to roll inwards to bring the foot to the ground. If the forces doing this are high enough, then a range of problems can develop.
