My mother was in a recent car accident and is unable to bend her leg to use the traditional methods of callous remove (pedi egg, foot files etc.) she has been using heel tastic cream but is softens the callous and does not remove it. I am wondering if their is a foot spa that also scrubs the bottom of the foot

Apart from the method you mentioned that your mother can not do I can not think of any others apart from seeing a Podiatrist to debride it.
