I have pain on the ball of my foot and stinging and burning when I walk and my toes are seperating. ?

Without seeing it, almost impossible to tell based on the information provided.
Could be early rheumatoid arthritis; a bursitis; a morton's neuroma; a plantar plate dysfunction; etc
