The skin directly under my daughters toe nail is cracked. It wasn’t always like this, this is new. I’m at a loss on what caused it or how to help her. Have you ever seen anything like this?

The edges of dead skin need debriding and the edges of the crack taped together.
Probably best to see a Podiatrists for it.
