Left foot only--for about 2-3 months--middle of foot sole, intense itching. No injuries, bites, or anything visible. Also, the middle toe gets a severe cramp, becomes stiff and painful, making it hard to walk. It usually passes in 10-30 minutes.

Sorry, I really have no idea what it could be. Your pattern of symptoms do not match anything that can occur. This suggests that it is perhaps neurological, so this needs to be assessed. This also does not mean if some other symptoms develop, that it is easy to diagnose as it then matches a pattern of something that is known.
