My little toes, on both feet, are externally rotating... almost to the point that i will soon begin to walk on the side of the toe. I notice when i walk without shoes that my toes will tingle (likely caused by the nerve stretching and or restriction) and I will experience a sensation of the tendon slightly popping. Is there a physical therapy, a toe muscle strengthening exercise, that would correct this? Also, is it symptomatic to something more?

Generally, there is very little that works for this except a surgical de-rotation.
