I have been reading a lot about the pain in the front part of my foot. I reached the conclusion that I need a metatarsal pad, but would like to know more about what they are supposed to do?

Metatarsal pads are used for many different conditions and forefoot weightbearing problems. Metatarsal pads can be used for metatarsalgia or mortons neuroma or claw toes. Placement of metatarsal domes can be a problem and getting them in the right place is important. You really need a correct diagnosis first.
