My feet itch at times so badly it brings me to tears. I go through foot spray like water and I still get random attacks of itching. I don’t have scales or sores or anything that looks like an infection. Topical creams aggravate it. Help...

The most common reason is a tinea/fungal infection/atheletes foot, so treating that would be teh first step.
If that does not help, the a dermatology consult is probably warranted.
