My foot has suddenly been hurting the last 2-3 days. It is painful for me to walk on or when I press on the red circle on my heel. It hurts constantly all day. I have no other symptoms besides the sharp pain. I am not obese, i do not have any health conditions and am fairly young (25 yr old female). Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Sorry, I can't offer any advice on such limited information and no examination of it. It could be any one of a 100 or so different things. You probably should go and see someone and get it assessed.
