I have absolutely no idea what this can be! I have not heard of this before.

The only thing I can think that it can be is that there is no actual vibrating in your heel, but your nerves are detecting something that they are interpreting as a vibration. In that case, it may pay to get to see a neurologist for a thorough neuro asessment.

HAVE a blood test to see what vitamin deficiency and for diabetes.
