I woke up this morning with the outside of my right foot throbbing. It's in the area between my heel and toes, closer to the heel side. It is painful to touch and painful when walking or if I bend my ankle/foot upward. The pain seems to travel up my foot/leg to a degree. I'm at the point that I limp when I walk. Help!

Without a proper assessment its hard to say, but the first thing that pops into my mind is cuboid syndrome: http://www.podiatryonline.tv/cuboid-manipulation.htm .
