I have been diagnosed with parkensons over 13 years ago. I have been taking Sinemet and Mirapex to control my parensons. Recently, I have developed pain in my heel. It is extremly painful to stand or walk. It feels like standing on a badly bruised heel.

Yes, gout can affect the heel and is often difficult to diagnose. Often a short course of the drug colchicine can help determine if its gout.

However, gout is not common in the heel and there are many more likely causes, such as plantar fasciitis. Suggest you get it check rather than put up with it.
