Regarding my plantar fasciitis and heel irritation/pain:

• I’m experiencing heel irritation/pain.
• The plantar fasciitis (PF) hurts when I press it.
• The PF doesn’t hurt when I wake up.
• Heel irritation/pain occurs after a long walk (2 or more miles).
• The heel irritation/pain is mainly at bottom back part of heel.
• Sometimes it starts as itching, especially on the bottom side of the left heel.
• I have good, supportive shoes.
• I message, stretch, and ice at least several times a day.

My question is: Is this a mild case of PF or something else? Thanks.

It does not sound like plantar fasciitis.
It is more likely to be a nere entrapment, such as Baxters nerve inpingment.
Suggest you get to someone to get a proper diagnosis and plan to manage.
