After 10 months no running because of Plantar Fasciitis and Plantar Tear, I finally felt recovered enough to start running again. Have been careful and taking it slowly, only twice a week for the past 4 weeks. Most of the time my heal pain is at a 2/10, including when running. About 2 hours after running, it feels very sore for about 24 hours and then returns to 2/10. Is this normal and to be expected ? If so, when would I likely have no increase in soreness after running ?
Also, when might all soreness go completely ?
Hope you can advise, thank you !
