Had Plantar Fasciitis 8 months now and it does not feel any better. I have had to stop running, not walking hardly at all and have tried all the natural tips - foot stretches, calf stretches and strengthening, reducing the load on the plantar, rest, ice, massage, frozen water bottle, etc, etc, etc. I am still doing most of them and have given all of them a good go, but nothing seems to make the condition any better.
Walking is more uncomfortable now then it has been since this started. Desperate to run again as soon as I can, but I just can't see how I can get the condition to improve and am wondering how much longer until I can walk and run again with no pain.
Any advice ?
They always get better eventually, but eventually may be a long time.
If yours has persisted this long then get a surgical consult.
