What is your opinion of the Skechers Shape Ups?

They are a good shoe for what they are made for. They make the muscles work harder due to the unstable design and they do alter the posture somewhat. This is good for some people and not good for other people. Herein is the problem, picking those that they help.
The company have made claims that landed them in hot water with the FTC and they have a number of class actions filed against them.

Absolutely, the whole exercise footwear market seems to be under all sorts of legal threats.
