Help! have the world’s ugliest feet! I use to wear heels that were too small and it caused these horrible things on my feet. They are not hard and they don’t hurt..they just look horrible, making my long toes look even worst! Is there any lightening creams, procedure or anything I can do to make these go away? Your image does not show up, so hard to say anything. However, if this is due to the structure/alignment of your foot, then surgery is possibly your only option.
