I need help with foot and ankle problems ?

Hello. So two years ago I was playing football and i jumped up and caught the ball and i landed on my heel and i got a sharp pain up my leg. I never went to the doctor because my dad didn't let me but i developed a limp for a few months. I could run its just I couldn't put any pressure on my heel or I would get that pain. So i continued running on it but for that foot I would always have my heel up sort of like i was on my toes like tip toeing with that foot all the time for months. Then I was able to put my weight on it and I was able to walk normal. The only thing is I developed something else that is irritating me. When I run its fine. I run on my toes. But for some weird reason now when I run full speed for a little bit my foot just doesnt want to extend out when I put it behind me or something. Its hard to explain. Like I would be running and I just get this tense feeling around the top part of my foot around where my leg comes up. Like the flat part above my heel. When running it gets tense then the tense feeling spreads all around my body and usually i have to stop kneel down and flex my whole body to stop getting that tense feeling. then after my foot kind of hurts a little bit to where I have to limp until the pain goes away. Its not an extreme pain. Its just an annoying pain. I hope maybe you know what this is and what I need to do to get rid of it.

Sorry, but based on your description it is hard to say what is going on.
It does sound that you need a video gait analysis to see what is going on and what can be done about it.
