i had a matrixectomy done in dec with laser and chemical nail is growing back but cells also left under skin that is now causing an infection .I was told i will more then likely loose my toe ?

Please help me I dont want to loose my toe the cells left behind are cuasing the infection and yet they say they cant be removed withinfection going on .My family doctor said as long as cells are there the infection cant be cured and that i will loose my toe
