What shoul be done about toe/foot abnormality in toddler ?

My 18 month old sons toes on his right foot have been deformed since birth. His dr has said it is just cosmetic. However the fourth toe seems to be curling further to the left as he growsand is always red even when the rest of his foot is not.

DocPod 		Generally these are nothing to be concerned about at this age. Worry about it if its still there by the time they are properly heel-toe walking around age 5-7yrs.
