foot pain ?

about 10 years ago I had foot sugery and now the second toe on left foot feel real tender the toe has a pin but its starting to hurt

DocPod 		Hard to say what it is exactly without seeing x-ray to see what has happened to pin and surrounding structures. Best advice is to get to someone and get and x-ray.
